In the event that an attempt to process a payment is unsuccessful, you will have a three (3) day grace period to make the payment otherwise the Program, Product, or Services will not continue and we reserve the right to cease your access immediately and permanently.

If any term or provision of this Agreement is to any extent held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by any court of competent jurisdiction, the remainder of this Agreement will not be affected thereby, and each term and provision of this Agreement will be valid and enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law.

These terms shall be governed by and construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, excluding its laws relating to conflicts of laws.
